FRESH Apartments are located in a business class residential complex "Yaroslavl-City" on the 22-24 floors. Each of the spacious apartments are decorated and furnished to a high standard with modern conveniences and self-catering facilities. Up to 5 guests can be accommodated at the same time (depending on the type of apartment). A larger number of guests must be agreed with the administrator. Developed infrastructure (new playgrounds on the territory of a residential complex with a rubber coating, a shopping center, shops, dry cleaning, free outdoor Parking for 200 cars). The nearest public transport stop is 2 minutes away from the residential complex. We believe that impeccable service consists of small things, so we pay special attention to the details that are the key to a comfortable and memorable stay in our apartments. And we also love to communicate with Guests! It’s real, it’s homemade, it’s tasteful.

Terms of stay

These hotel policies are general and may vary depending on the room type. Please check the description of your room. The residential premises rental agreement is considered concluded through the offer after clicking the "Book" button on the booking form, which is the acceptance of the offer. Payment for accommodation is made at the time of booking or check-in in full, unless otherwise agreed by the parties when renting a residential space.

Booking cancellation	Depending on the tariff chosen by the Guest, as well as depending on how many days the Guest has left before arrival, when canceling the reservation, as well as when changing the booking dates, the Guest may be charged either the cost of one night's stay, or the cost of the entire booking period, or the penalty may not be charged at all.
OFFER	Pets are not allowed in the apartment
Smoking	Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or in the entrance. The fine is a security deposit.
Noise	Parties/events are not allowed. "Quiet hours" for guests (when no noise is allowed): from 22: 00 to 08: 00.
Payment methods	We accept all payment methods, including invoicing in the name of a legal entity. You can choose the appropriate payment method on the booking form.
Accommodation with pets	Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Smoking	Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, in the entrance. The penalty is a security deposit.

Сancellation policy

"Booking" means a set of actions of the User (Employer), as a result of which an order for the Services of the Landlord was placed on the Site by the User (employer), and also within the framework of which the User (employer) paid or undertook to pay the cost of the order in the way proposed on the Site. If the User chooses the payment method "upon check-in" and the subsequent inability to contact the guest before 14.00 on the day of arrival, the Landlord has the right to cancel the reservation. Unless otherwise provided for by the contract, other conditions of renting residential premises, in case the employer refuses to hire less than 2 days before the start of the hiring period, a penalty penalty is charged in the amount of the cost of 1 day of hiring (the security deposit is not returned). If you cancel your reservation no later than 2 days before arrival, the prepayment will be fully refunded. To refuse to rent a residential space, the tenant must write a message to the phone number +7(906)633-77-76 or by e-mail info@freshapart.ru specifying the name and booking number (see the booking confirmation). The employment contract is considered canceled if the corresponding confirmation has been received by the letter. At the end of the rental period of residential premises, the tenant is obliged to vacate the residential premises before 12.00 o'clock or extend the rental period of residential premises, paying for the entire estimated period. The extension of the rental period is made only if there is no hiring for this residential premises by another person. If the Tenant reduces the rental period, the Landlord deducts an amount equal to the cost of one night of accommodation following the actual lived by the Tenant. This amount is a payment for the reservation of housing in the name of the Employer for the entire period of his stay. The landlord does not provide hotel services in the residential premises, does not carry out activities provided for by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1085 of 09.10.2015.The residential premises are also not a means of accommodation, and are provided exclusively for short-term rental purposes.
